Shinos dragon radar directed him to the world tornment arena, he flew there on a platform of bugs. He looked around and he got to the spot where the dragon radar said it was, he didnt know what to do then he thought of under the arena he sent som bugs into the cracks. after about a minute the bugs smashed through the cemente with the 7 star dragon ball
