Shino arrives at kings kai planet without his akatsuki robe because inside he dosnt want to be akatsuki but if he quit they could easily kill him. he goes up to king kai and said "i hear you teach technieches can you teach me". knig kai said "if you can catch bubbles the monkey and hit gregory with a hammer". shino didnt see the difficulty of it beccause he didnt notice the 10x gravity he decided to catch the monkey without his bugs. it was easy he just ran up behind him and caught him. he then saw a hammer on the ground and threw it at gregory, he missed. he made his bugs pick the hammer up and hit him on the head while gregory was laughing at shinos attempt

UIuh, about 1x, so you can go 1x now, and go 2x later. Or, you can attempt 2x, but it would be very hard, and could, result in real death due to exhaustion, or you'll just pass out.

king kai taught him kaio ken. Shino went kaio ken it was preety easy. Shino tried going kaio ken 2x and got it for a few seconds and then had to release it
